A&D provides two forms of GEDCOM (GEnealogical Data COMmunications) data transfer capability: import and export.

Import GEDCOM Data into A&D
A&D accepts GEDCOM data from Brother's Keeper 5, Family Edge Plus, Family Origins, Family Tree Maker (FTM), PAF, Roots III and IV, The Family History System (FHS), The Master Genealogist (TMG), Ultimate Family Tree (UFT), and most other genealogical products that conform to the widely used GEDCOM standards and practices.
Export GEDCOM Data from A&D
A&D gives you seven ways to specify which record(s) from your current family history to include in a GEDCOM export file. A&D then gives you three ways to export the data.
