This web site provides an order form with space for your credit-card information, name, address, and telephone number. You may send the order form to us by using either the Postal Service and first-class mail, or by faxing it to us at 1-310-842-7443. If you decide to make a purchase, but would rather give your credit-card information to an AIA representative over the telephone, you may do so by calling us at 1-800-237-5333.

We may contact you in the event of a problem with your purchase or a question about it.
