Notes: In June 1860 Lafayette was 9 years old and living on his parents' farm in
Pendleton County, Kentucky. Lafayette's father Henry died before 1860 and before Lafayette's grandfather Frank died. Lafayette and five of his siblings therefore became heirs for Henry's share of Frank's estate and divided 16 acres of Kenton County land between themselves on 21 Apr 1862.
