Daisy M. Lowen, Long Ill, Dies
      Mrs. Daisy M. Lowen, a long-time resident of Napa, died today in Parks Victory Hospital after six months of failing health.  She was 62.
      Mrs. Lowen came to Napa with her parents, the late Mr. and Mrs. William Williams, in 1911 and resided here until six months ago, when she moved to Vallejo to live with her daughter, Mrs. W. P. Raty.  She was a native of Pennsylvania.
      She is survived by five children, Mrs. Raty, Mrs. Ralph Chapman of Winters, Mrs. Percy Stiltz, Donald Raina and Gary Lowen, all of Napa; the following grandchildren, James R. Cox of the U.S. Air Force, Donald and Noreen Raina, Perry Gregory and Nancy Stiltz, all of Napa, Steven and Barbara Raty of Vallejo, Robert, Jo Ann, Bradley and Bruce Chapman, all of Winters; two brothers, S.C. and Dave Williams of Fort Bragg.
      Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Chapel of the Cuff and Pierce Funeral Service.  Interment will be in Sunrise Memorial Park in Vallejo.
