| Warranty Deed, May 14, 1825, Conderation, $300.00 Recorded June 3, 1825, Book B, page 27, Clay Co., Missouri John Ritchie Sr. and Betsey Ritchie (his wife) to William B. Martin, all of Missouri, give, grant, bargain and sell unto the said William B. Martin and to his heirs and assigns forever, all those certain lots, pieces or parcels of ground, situated, lying and being in the town of Liberty, County of Clay, and State aforesaid, numbered one hundred and one (101) one hundred and two (102) and three (103) and one hundred and fourteen (114) on the plat or plan of said town, together with all and singular the rights, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and also all the right, title, claim, interest or estate whatsoever of them the said party of the first part, either in law or equity of, in and to the above bargained premises and every part and parcel thereof.
