Notes: In the 1911 Canada census, Stanley A. Smith, 30, and Eva Smith, 20, both born in
Ontario, Canada, were living in Quill Lake, Quill Lake Village, Humbolt, Saskatchewan. Their
two sons, both born in Saskatchewan were Marie [Moris], 1, and George, an infant. Stanley was
a farmer and the family's religious preference was Methodist.
In the 1921 Canada census, Stanley A. Smith, 40, and Eva I. Smith, 30, were still farming in Lakeside
Municipality, Twp. 36, Range 16, W2, Humbolt, Saskatchewan. The children were sons Moris A., 11,
George S., 10, Lloyd, 5, and daughter Andry I., 1. Moris and George were students, and the
family's religious preference was Presbyterian.
Eva Isobel Smith died in 1927, and is buried in the Quill Lake Cemetery, R.M. of Lakeside,
Saskatchewan. She shares a headstone with Gordon Smith, probably her infant son born and
died in 1927. Stanley died in 1957, and is buried with them in the Quill Lake Cemetery.
