Notes:  According to family sources, Rufus C. Street was born 18 May 1888 in Fayetteville, Lincoln, Tennessee.  His parents were Isaac S. Street and Martha Ann Koonce.  Willie Lee Burrum was born 10 Apr 1887, also in Fayetteville.  Her parents were John Henry Burrum and Mary Elizabeth   "Lizzie" Brown.  Rufus married Willie 12 Dec 1909 in Fayetteville, and they had a family of five children.

Their first children were born in Fayetteville.  Twins Annie May and Ruby Kathleen were born in Sep 1913 and Annie May died the day of birth.  Carl Wilson was born in Jul 1915.  The family moved to Pueblo, Pueblo, Colorado, where Dorothy Louise was born in Jun 1920.  The family moved to Provo,Utah, Utah, where a son was born in Jan 1927.  Nothing more is known about him.

In the 1930 U.S. census, Rufus C. Street, 41, and his wife Willie Street, 42, were living at 246 N. 2nd East in the 5th Ward of Provo, Utah, Utah.  Rufus was a heater boss in coke steel mill.  The family was renting their residence for $37.50 per month and did not have a radio set.  The children were Ruby K., 16, Wilson, 14, and Louise, 9, all attending school.

In the 1940 U.S. census, Rufus C. Street, 52, and his wife, Wilma Street, 53, were living at 260 E. 2nd North, Provo, Utah, Utah.  Rufus was the general plant foreman for the Columbia Steel Company.  Rufus had completed four years of high school and Wilma one year.  They were renting their residence for $35. per month.  Their son C. Wilson, 24, was a general worker for the Tri-State Lumber Company, and had completed one year of college.  He was married to Zella (Peterson), 24, who had completed four years of high school.  She was a switch board operator for the Mountain States Telephone Company.  Their daughter Louise, 19, had completed one year of college.  She was a new worker in the commercial department of the Mountain States Telephone Company.

Rufus C. Street, Wilma L. Burrum Street The Provo, Utah, City Directories list the family living at several different addresses through the years.  These included 246 N. 2nd East (1929), 165 N. 3rd East (1935), 260 E. 2nd North (1939 - 1946), and 190 N. 700 East (1955 - 1959).

Rufus died 30 Dec 1976 in Orem, Utah, Utah, and was buried 3 Jan 1977 in the Provo City Cemetery, Provo, Utah.  Wilma died 10 January 1984.  Cemetery records give Provo, Utah, Utah as her place of death.  For Social Security purposes, her last residence was in El Centro, Imperial, California, where her son was residing.  The Social Security records also confirm a birth date of 1887, rather than 1888.  She was buried 13 Jan 1984 alongside her husband in the Provo City Cemetery.
