Notes:  Ada Lucille Kirkbride was born 26 Jan 1925 in Ogden, Weber, Utah.  She went by her middle name Lucille.  Her parents were John Lawrence Kirkbride and Mary Jacobsen.  She had an older brother and two older sisters. In the 1930 U.S. census, Lucille was living with her family in Buhl, Twin Falls, Idaho.  Her father was a farm laborer.  Her sister Genna B., 18, was a nurse.  Her brother Archie J., was 13, sister Liln L. was 9, and Lucille was 5 years old.  The census recorded her name as Luale A. Kirkbride.
In the 1940 U.S. census, Lucille was 15, and the only child still living with her parents in Buhl.  Her father was a dairyman and carpenter.  Lucille had obtained an eighth grade education by 1940. Lucille married Robert A. Miller (Bob) on 10 Dec 1944 in Alhambra, Los Angeles, California.  They were married in the Little Stone Chapel in Alhambra, California.  In the Spring of 1949, she and Bob, seen at left, took a trip to New Jersey which included a visit with some of Bob's relatives. In the 1950 U.S. census, Lucille A. Miller, 25, and her husband, Robert A. Miller, 28, were living at 648 Wilbur Place, Apt. O48, Montebello, Los Angeles, California.  Bob was the owner of a paint store, and Lucille was a clerk therein.  In 1952, Lucille and Bob were living at 8651 Abilene Street, Rosemead, with a daughter, Linda Rae.  Unfortunately, the marriage ended with a divorce in 1954. Lucille married Ernest E. Wortman on 9 Jun 1962, in Clark County, Nevada.  She died in Wendell, Gooding, Idaho on 8 Feb 2000 from gangrene, a complication from cancer.  She is buried in the Wendell Cemetery, Wendell, Gooding, Idaho.
