Notes:  Donald Lee Miller was born 9 Oct 1930 in Seattle, King, Washington.  He was the sixth son of Ephriam Ashley Miller and Marion N. Hollinshead.  His two oldest brothers died young.  His surviving older brothers were John, born in 1920, Lawrence, born in 1922, both in Southern California, and Kenneth, born in 1930 in Washington.  He had a younger sister. In the 1940 U.S. census, Kenneth was living with his family in Odell, Hood River, Oregon.  His father Ephriam was listed as a farmer on his own account.  He married Billie Jean on 24 Mar 1951 in Hood River.  The marriage produced three children. Donald died 8 Jun 1959 in Hood River, Hood River, Oregon.  He is buried in the Pine Grove Cemetery, Hood River, Oregon.
