Notes: George Thomas Baisley married Harriett Martineau Fishback 26 Mar 1928, in
Riverside, California. They are
listed in the 1928 Alhambra City Directory living at 327 Hershey Ave, Wilmar.
Their son George Thomas, Jr., was born 7 Nov 1929 in
Arizona. In the 1930 USA census, the family was living in Globe, Arizona.
It included Harriett's son from her previous marriage, John Everett Spainhower,
who took the Baisley surname. George Sr. was the foreman for a stage company.
The family moved back to California before 1935. In the 1940 USA census, they
were again living at 327 Hersey Avenue, San Gabriel, California. George Sr., was a
mechanic in an automobile garage. The family later lived in Lomita, California,
where George had a auto repair shop. Their property was located on Pennyslvania
Ave.
Harriett died 5 Apr 1957 in Los Angeles County, California. She is buried in
Green Hills Memorial Park, Rancho Palos Verdes, California. George remarried
after Harriet's death. He died 23 Mar 1985, and is buried near Harriet.
