"REED WALKER" "BLOOMINGTON - - Reed Walker, 83, died March 17, 1988. He was born in Utah and was a beekeeper for 63 years. He was past president of San Bernardino Beekeepers Association, a member of the Lions Club of Bloomington, past member of the Bloomington Rotary Club, past member of the school board of Bloomington, past board member of Marygold Mutual Water District. Survivors include his wife Dortha Walker of Bloomington; daughters, Mitzi Well of Newport Beach, Bette Cook of San Marino, Beverly Thrall of Los Angeles and Sylvia Jarvi of Fullerton; brothers, Leslie Walker of Idaho and Karl Walker of Dinuba; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild. Visitation is 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday at Green Acres Chapel. Services are 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints of Fontana with interment at Green Acres Memorial Park.
