Notes: Charles' and Esther's first five children were born in Omaha, Nebraska, between
1888 and 1894. In 1900 Charles was working as a day laborer and teamster in Omaha City. Later that year Charles and his family moved to Sonoma County, California. A son, Frank, was born there in about 1904. In 1910 the family was living at Hessel Station Village in Analy Township of Sonoma County. Charles worked as a farmer and poultryman. They remained there through 1920. In 1913 the photo at the right was taken of Charles' and Esther's family. By 1930 the family home was owned and their property was a fruit farm. | ||||||||||||||||
