"Theo. Williams Dies Suddenly of Heart Attack at Daughter's Home."
Napa Journal, Napa, California, 3 Nov 1933, page 1. "Taken suddenly ill with a heart attack while at the home of his daughter on Division street, Theodore Williams, well known Carneros rancher, succumbed yesterday afternoon before medical aid could be summoned. Mr. Williams left his ranch in Carneros yesterday and came to Napa. He walked from Napa to the home of his daughter, Mrs. Daisy Raina at 1433 Division street, but upon arriving there complained of feeling tired and sat down on the edge of a bed, where he was stricken with the heart attack and died within a few seconds. Deceased was a native of Pennsylvania, but had resided in Napa for more than 30 years past in this community, most of the time at his Carneros ranch. He would have been 73 years of age next Tuesday. Surviving are three children, Mrs. Daisy Raina of Napa; Simeon C. Williams, Napa, and David Williams, Needles, Calif. The remains are now at the Treadway chapel on Coombs street, where services will be held at an hour to be arranged later." | ||||
