Edith A. Rethore, 37, born in England, had had five children, three of whom were living. These
included Frank J., 15, and Doris Rethore, 13, both born in England, and May E., 6, born in Canada.
The family had immigrated to the United States from Canada in 1907.

He was a clerk. In the 1918 directory, two of the children were listed at 3044 62nd SW. Doris was
a clerk with Morris Siegel, and Frank J. was an adjuster for B.F. Goodrich Rubber Co. Frank Rethore
de Ferrieres was listed at 2303 Alki Ave.
In the 1920 U.S. census, Edith A. Rethore, 47, was living at 3044 62nd Ave. SW, Seattle, Washington.
She is listed as divorced, no occupation. Living with her were Frank J.E., 25, naturalized,
an adjuster for a rubber company, and Edith M., 23, shoe store clerk. Eric Lindroth, 23, was a boarder,
and the family had a radio. They are at this address in the 1921 Seattle, Washington, City
Directory.
In the 1922 Seattle, Washington, City Directory, the family is listed at 4253A Greenwood Ave.
Edith A. is listed as the widow of Frank, Edith M. as a clerk for TSCo, and Frank J. as a timekeeper.
In the 1925 Directory, Edith A., widow of Frank) is listed at the previous residence located at 3044
62nd Ave. SW, Seattle.
