In the 1910 U.S. census, the family was living at 7415 Latona Avenue, Seattle, Washington. His father Victor was a house carpenter. In the 1920 U.S. census, Lloyd's mother Ida was now a widow at the age of 42.
She was doing laundry. Lloyd, now 10 years old, and his two brothers were
selling newspapers. In the 1930 U.S. census, Lloyd, 20, was an office supply
salesman. Lloyd married Elizabeth Jane Detwiller (Jane) on 1 Sep 1933 in the Fauntleroy Congregational Church, Seattle, King, Washington. In the Seattle, Washington, City Directory, 1934, Lloyd and Jane are listed at 509 S. 36th in Seattle. Lloyd was a branch manager for Dictaphone Sales Corp. In the 1935 and 1936 city directories, they are listed at 3541 S. Ainsworth, Seattle. In 1938, they are listed at 7415 Latona Avenue, living with his mother in the family residence. Lloyd was a salesman for the M&S Co. Lloyd and Jane had two sons. In the 1940 U.S. census, the family was living in the Lakewood precinct of Seattle, with their first son, William Lloyd, age 4 years. Lloyd was listed as a salesman of electrical appliances. In 1943, their second son James Dennis was born in Tacoma, Washington. In the Seattle, Washington, City Directory, 1953, they are listed at 11215 10th Avenue SW, Seattle, and Lloyd was a golf pro at the Glendale Country Club. In later years, Lloyd and Jane lived in Grandview, Yakima, and Clinton on Whidbey Island, Washington. Lloyd died 7 Jul 1992 in Clinton, Island, Washington.
