Notes: Frank Thomas Olson, 61, a resident of Alhambra, and Virginia Chaloupek Watt, 31, a resident
of Rosemead, were married on 19 Nov 1946, in Alhambra, Los Angeles, California. She was
30 years younger than he. Milton S. Weber, minister of the First Presbyterian Church
of Alhambra, presided. Witnesses were Richard E. Lawyer
and his wife Dorothy Lawyer of San Marino. In the San Marino, California, City Directory, 1950 through 1952, Virginia and Frank are listed living at 1541 Euston Ave., San Marino, seen at right. In the 1953 directory, their address is 1145 Oakwood Drive, San Marino. Frank was the owner of the Olson Lumber Company, Alhambra. They visited Hawaii, as the passenger lists record them leaving Honolulu on 28 Dec 1953 aboard the S.S. Lurline, bound for Los Angeles, via Hilo, Hawaii. Frank and Virginia had no children, and nothing more is known about the marriage. Frank married a third time to Joanna Pouncey in 1955. | ||||||||||||||||
