p. 3, col. 1. "Arville Lazell Walker, 81, passed away Sunday, Jan 15 at his home in Henderson. A second generation Nevadan, he was born in Panaca Sept. 14, 1902. He worked most of his life in the mines since he was 14 years of age and was known for running a hoist and fixing machinery for most of the mines in Pioche. He retired in 1967 from Reynolds Electric where he was an operating engineer. He is survived by his wife Grace, of Henderson; son Don Lionel of Mt. Vernon, Washington; daughters Dorlene Werber and Marguerite Riddle of Henderson, 15 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the LDS Ocean Street Chapel. Burial will be in Panaca. Arrangements are being handled by Bunker Brothers."
