University engineer, has just returned from a three-week trip to Romania as one of four American
scientists involved in a science exchange program.
Dr. Bishop is head of the department of agricultural and irrigation engineering

While in the Iron Curtain country, he gave a series of lectures to some 1,200
Romanian scientists and engineers."
