Bee Hancock Is Bride of Henry Lacaze Yesterday
June has apparently lost its traditional monopoly of wedding ceremonies, with another popular Napa pair, Miss Bee Hancock and Mr. Henry Lacaze, having chosen the Fall season for their nuptials.  They were quietly married yesterday in Carson City, Nevada, and are now on their honeymoon trip, which will take them as far north as Canada.
The announcement comes today as a surprise to friends, as it was only immediate relatives that saw the couple off when they departed for Nevada early Sunday morning.  The marriage service was performed at 2 o'clock in the afternoon.
The bride was married in her traveling costume, a smart, dressy swagger suit of jungle green.  The jacket was trimmed in a collar of brown fur and a brown hat, and accessories were worn with the ensemble.
Mrs. Lacaze, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Hancock of Second Street, is popularly known to many friends in this community, where she was born and reared.  She graduated from the Napa High School with the class of 1931 and last June completed training at the Highland School of Nursing in the bay section.  Since her graduation, she has been at home with her parents in Napa.
Mr. Lacaze is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Jean Lacaze of Pine Street.  He was born in New Orleans and came to Napa when a small boy.  He was educated in the Napa schools and for a number of years has been employed with the Napa Special Delivery.  He is the brother of Jack and Robert Lacaze.
When the newlyweds return from their honeymoon, they will occupy the residence on Madison Street recently purchased and furnished by Mr. Lacaze.  They have the best wishes and felicitations of their many Napa acquaintances.
