Notes: Frank Thomas Olson and Muriel Irene Smith were married on 24 Dec 1909 in Los Angeles,
Los Angeles, California, by the Rev. Charles Edward Locke, pastor of the First Methodist
Episcopal Church. His mother Mrs. Mary Olson and Mrs.
Sarah Hall were witnesses to the marriage. |
In the 1910 USA census Frank and Muriel were living at 411 Curtis Avenue, Alhambra, Los Angeles,
California. Frank and Muriel moved often. In 1915 and the 1920 USA census,
they were living at 116 North First Street, Alhambra. In 1923, they were
living at 512 North Second Street, Alhambra.
In the 1930 USA census , Frank and Muriel were living at 423 North Almansor,
Alhambra. They had a young female servant. This was still their address in
1939, and in the 1940 USA census. In 1940, their home was valued at
$20,000. Frank was the owner of a lumberyard, and Muriel was a housewife.
They had no children. Muriel died unexpectedly on 17 Jan 1944. |
