Notes: Lorentz C. Grambo and Ida Wilhelmina Pearson were married about 1921, presumably in New
Jersey. Their son Lawrence was born 30 Jul 1923 in Kearny, Hudson, New
Jersey. In the 1930 U.S. census, the family was living at 12 Schuyler Court
in Kearny. Lorentz was working as a machinist in the celluloid industry.
In the 1940 U.S. census, the family was still living on Schulyer. Lorentz was now a
machinist foreman. Their son Lawrence graduated from Kearny High School in
1941. When Lorentz signed up for the World War II draft in 1942, he was working
for DuPont.
Lorentz died in October 1979. Ida died in Feb 1984. Their last
residence was still Kearny, Hudson, New Jersey. It is not known where
they are buried. |
