Gladys T. Felix Called by Death SPRINGVILLE - Funeral services for Gladys T. Felix, 37, lifelong resident of Springville who died Wednesday, will be Monday at 1 p.m. in the Springville First Ward Chapel. Bishop Lewis Childs will officiate. Friends may call at the family home, 695 S. 4th E., Springville, Sunday after 7 p.m. and Monday prior to the services. Burial will be in the Springville Evergreen Cemetery under the direction of the Quist-Fairbanks Mortuary. Mrs. Felix was born March 23, 1915, at Springville. She was a daughter of James A. and Melissa Miner Thompson. She was married to Ivan Felix Oct. 1, 1934, in the Salt Lake City Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Survivors include her husband, three sons and a daughter, James, Carl, Gordon and Beth Felix, all of Springville; a brother, James A. Thompson Jr., San Francisco; a sister, Mrs. Avis Fudie, Midvale, and her mother, Salt Lake City. |
