| Dee Arthur CEDAR CITY - Henry Dee Arthur, 89, passed away March 13, 2001 at the Valley View Medical Center in Cedar City, Utah. He was born on March 18, 1911 to Robert Abel & Florence Sawyer Arthur in Cedar City, Utah. He attended school in Cedar City and also in Salt Lake City. He married Delna Stewart on May 8, 1935 in Parowan, Utah and they were later sealed in the St. George LDS Temple on August 11, 1984. She preceded him in death on December 22, 1994. Dee and Delna owned and operated the Center Market on 200 West and Center street for 27 years before moving to California, where they lived for 29 years. They then moved back to Cedar City in 1993. Survivors include his daughters, Carol Lee Miller (Fred) of Palm Springs, Calififornia and Jean Huntsman (Dennis) of Cedar City, five grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Marvel Arthur Smoot. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 16, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. at the Southern Utah Mortuary Chapel. Friends may call 1 hour prior to services at the mortuary. Interment will be in the Cedar City Cemetery. |
