Mrs. Emma Romandy
Private funeral services for Mrs. Emma W. Romandy, 89, member of a pioneer
Alhambra family, will be conducted today in Pierce Bros.-Fred A. Turner Alhambra Chapel, followed by internment in San Gabriel
Cemetery. Born in Utah, Mrs. Romandy had been a California resident for 82 years. She lived at 103 N. Stoneman Ave.,
Alhambra, and died on Monday. She leaves a son Dion; four sisters,
Mrs. Sophie M. Hilton, Mrs. Alice Rhoades, Mrs. Dora Curtain, and
Mrs. Caroline Opid; three grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
