Notes: In the 1940 U.S. census, Harris H. Gubler, 31, and his wife Lucille Gubler, 28, were living
in Hurricane, Washington, Utah. Both born in Utah, they were living on the same farm as in 1935, which
they owned, valued at $1600. Harris was a farmer, being paid a wage, but earning no money, with other
income. [Does this make any sense?] Lucille was doing housework at home. They both had
completed one year of college. Their children, all born in Utah, were Marlene, 8, 2 years of school,
Cherie, 5, and Rhanae, 4. |
