"N. Alma Peterson, 1010 N. 1st W., Provo, has been
awarded $7575 in personal injuries judgment by Fourth District Court in a suit filed against Herbert
L. Kunz, Sandy.
The plaintiff sought $10,000 for injuries, which occurred when he was struck
by a car Oct. 26, 1952, at Eighth North and University, as he was crossing in a pedestrian crosswalk.
He charged that the driver of the car, Mr. Kunz, had been "negligent."
The plaintiff also sought, unsuccessfully, to collect $10,000 for loss of
time. He told the court that he had suffered $10,000 loss by reason of being unable to complete
an LDS reference publication, as scheduled, for a publishing firm."
